Sales and Support Representative (Remote)

Why we’re seeking a Sales Representative:

As Whizz continues to grow, we are expanding our Customer Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will play a critical role in converting leads to our customers. If you are a self-starter with a passion for customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and chats
• Convert leads to customers through selling techniques and exceptional customer service
• Up-sell and cross-sell product offerings to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems by clarifying the issue and selecting the best solution
• Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience in sales (1+ years).
• The ability to work on the EST time zone schedule.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in sales or customer support and knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage.
